AGM

Our annual AGM will be held on Tuesday 3rd November, 8:30 P.M at Thornhill CBC. All active members are welcome to come and take part.

Halloween Fun Shoot

We will be holding a Halloween themed fun shoot on Friday 30th November. Masks optional.

Non-Shooting Dates

Due to exams the sports hall at Spen Valley will not be available on the following dates:

Friday 13th November
Monday 30th November
Friday 4th December
Monday 7th December
Friday 11th December

We are arranging a ten-pin bowling night and a Christmas party in place of some non shooting nights, watch this space and the noticeboard at Spen for more info!

Outdoor Season Draws To A Close


Get your indoor sightmarks out again. As the "summer" draws to a close that also means it's time to go back inside. Savile-Bowmen will be back at Spen Valley High School from the 18th September from 7:00 PM every Monday and Friday.

Beginner's Course Starts 29th August


Our next beginner's course starts on Saturday 22nd of August 2009 at Thornhill Cricket and Bowling Club. Emails should have gone out to all those who have got in contact with us either via email or by visiting us at the field (if you didn't get an email please contact -email-).

Volunteers from the club to help out would be most appreciated.

5th Outdoor Tournament


Savile Bowmen will be holding their 5th outdoor tournament at Thornhill CBC on sunday 26th July 2009. This will be the second year that we will be running a world record status FITA 70M followed by an Olympic head to head round.
